Cecilie Bahnsen offers a 14-day return window from the date of delivery for all unworn garments in their original condition with all tags attached. Please note that return shipping costs and any applicable duties are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

Return Process

  Request a Return

  Log into our returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and receive your return authorization.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print your authorized return label and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel, removing or covering any previous delivery markings.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at the designated courier point and retain your proof of postage until your refund has been processed by our atelier.
